Sorry, for the delay but had to wait to get official word I will be fighting in Newark, NJ on the Dec. 4th at Essex County College. Training for this fight has been going great feel better then I have in a long time. Oct 24th Troy made his debut in Pro Boxing in North Dakota. The fight was a 4 round bout that started with Troy using his jab to bloody his opponnents face. After a offbalance punch put Troy on the ground he got up and scored a knockout in the second round. Video will be posted very soon.

Thanks to everyone who helped get things together for this fight and it was a blast fighting at 4 Bears Casino every body was awesome took great care of us. Cant wait to do it again.

I had knee surgery a few months ago and am finally ready to

fight again there are alot of options out there but I think I will

be trying my hand at boxing for a little while right now MMA

is so watered down with lack luster fighters who will fight for

free.

    Fighting is my life and I cant see fighting for tickets or next

to nothing any more. So I am going to try my hand in boxing

that does not mean I am done with MMA by no means I would

love to get a shot at Igor Gracie or Rich Ashkar again its gotta

be worth it though.

I am very excited about boxing and cant wait to get in there I

you guys will all still support me the same way as you have

thus far. Please send responses on how you feel about decision

ALL N Conditioning took 3 fighters up to NAGA today all 3 fought tough Mike Maldanado step on the mat for the first time winning 4 four matches before finishing 4th in his division. Jason Alcoba battled it out and survived a deep kimura and showed that never say quit attitude taught at ALL N. and lastly Joe Kelly stepped up in the Expert Division and finished 3rd in NOGI and put up a valiant effort in the Gi division. As I always say you cant lose if you fight tough cause you put it in. Great Job Guys!!!!

And Special thanks to the Guys at Knucklehead Fight wear for hooking my fighter up with some shorts. I am proud to say I will be reppin some Knucklehead apparel at my next fight.

Finally after two rounds and securing a rear naked choke in the second round I won Matt Kocher is a very tough guy and I give him all the respect in the world. I would also like to thank everyone who helped and supported with the fight ALL N CONDITIONING TEAM Virgil Hills conditioning, Mike Hall and VIrgils Boxing Training, Jason Alcoba’s ridiculous BJJ, my new wrestling coach Scott Crawford. Of course Bud and DJ for holding down all the support and keeping me ready to fight thanks to everyone Family, Wife Kristina and everyone else.

The calm before the storm is here I am ready, focused and now just grinding twisting and thinking about this fight Next Saturday March 28th at the Trump Marina, Training has been great 3 times a day to make sure I put on the best fight to date.
