Lost a tough one Jumped the gun and things didnt go my way got caught in rear naked choke, but got the kinks out and Ill be back next month so stay tuned and thanks to everyone who came out.

Well I weighed in last night at 170 even and now I am ready to go prove what all this hard work is about so lets do it. Thanks in advance to everyone for coming out and I will post result tonight within 2 hours of end of fight.

Just wanted to let everyone know I did some Commentary live via Internet for Scott Morgan and his amazing show New Breed Fighters(www.newbreedfighters.tv) and cant wait to help out in the future after winning a title for New Breed anything to help out or be part of the biggest AM. MMA show in the country is a real pleasure, Congrats to Mr. Morgan for not only a jammed pack show of over 1700 fans but, also his contribution to the Energy Drink Company’s as the 31 fight show lasted to 3 o’clock in the morning(thats me trying to be funny again should prolly give it up huh).

Alan Wright(Big AL) and Elvin Rodriguez stepped in the Cage last night at New Breed Fighters in House of Blues. Elvin started the night of for the team as he knocked down his opp. in the first after a standing eight count the to battled to a split dec. for Elvin’s opponent who improved his record to 7-2(way to go Elvin let it all hang out and proved he can tangle with the upper level of AM. MMA. Next up was Alan who received a big cut early in the round but proved a little blood don’t mess with his MOJO, He pushed the Pace and caught a tight arm bar ending the fight in the first another big win for Al improving his record to 4-1 and now rumor has it he is looking to turn pro.

As you can tell training with Virgil Hill has brought the fighters he is training to a new level there conditioning is second to none. I cant wait to show off the conditioning and training his has given me next week. Virgil will be opening a Snap Fitness and a Conditioning/Fight Training School in August in Pleasantville, for tutelage available now feel free to contact myself(see contact info) to get you in touch with the 5 Time World Champion and get World class training.
